THE COMPANY’S POLICY IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT

    1. The company is committed to providing efficient and high-quality Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services. Our primary goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our principals and seafarers by consistently understanding and meeting their expectations.
    2. We pledge to:
      • 2.1. Consistently provide qualified and competent seafarers by deploying personnel who are qualified, medically fit, properly documented, and trained in accordance with national and international regulatory requirements.
      • 2.2. Uphold the highest standards of compliance with all applicable national and international regulations, including the ILO Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) and the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
      • 2.3. Foster a safe and respectful environment by ensuring seafarers are provided with a safe working environment, free from safety, health, and environmental hazards, and where any form of harassment is unacceptable.
      • 2.4. Drive continual improvement by systematically monitoring and analysing key performance indicators such as seafarer’s retention rate, and seafarer compliance rate, using data‑driven decision‑making, regularly monitoring, reviewing, and improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, processes, and services.
      • 2.5. Empower our team by ensuring all our employees possess the essential skills and experience, understand the importance of this policy, and are actively involved in its implementation.
      • 2.6. Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities across all processes to prevent non‑conformities and enhance customer value, in line with ISO 9001:2015 risk‑based thinking requirements.
      • 2.7. Maintain and regularly review all quality management system documents (procedures, work instructions, records) to ensure their adequacy, suitability, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
      • 2.8. Contribute to sustainable maritime practices by promoting fair labour practices in line with the MLC 2006, STCW and the best maritime community practices.
    3. This policy will be:
      • 3.1. Available on the company’s internal portal and notice boards;
      • 3.2. Reviewed during annual staff meetings and quality awareness sessions.
    4. Top management is accountable for:
      • 4.1. Allocating resources for quality objectives;
      • 4.2. Ensuring alignment of business decisions with this policy;
      • 4.3. Reviewing the policy’s effectiveness annually and initiating updates as needed.
    5. We commit to achieving the following quality objectives by 2026:
      • 5.1. Maintain a client satisfaction rate of ≥ 95 % (measured quarterly);
      • 5.2. Reduce the average time for seafarer placement by 15 % within 12 months;
      • 5.3. Ensure 100 % of seafarers meet regulatory requirements prior to deployment;
      • 5.4. Achieve zero major non conformities in external audits.
